Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 3 days of purchase.

If already shipped, shipping costs will be deducted.

In case of damaged or defective item, please send a photo on reception day.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

 custom or personalized orders.

If for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your jewelry to make an exchange or receive a refund.

After item is returned in its original condition, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping and insurance costs are NOT refundable.

Please consult me by email (or phone if in Israel) before shipping items back, in order to receive instructions of how to do it.
